Excellent: No signs of apparent wear. May or may not have loose or missing beads, but not visually apparent enough to consider a lower conditional grade. We re-inspect every gown prior to shipping. Anything we missed is purely unintentional. Grading criteria does not include wrinkles. A shipped gown will need to be pressed or steamed upon arrival.
Very good: Very little signs of wear either by use or having been tried on. May have some loose or missing beads, or very slightly marred fabric, or slight pulls, but not enough to warrant a lower conditional grade. We do not sell anything that would not be able to be fixed, or that would be considered unacceptable and our prices are adjusted accordingly. We re-inspect each gown prior to shipping. Anything missed is purely unintentional. Grading criteria does not include wrinkles. A shipped gown will need to be pressed or steamed upon arrival.

About Measurements

All of our gowns are measured by hand to provide the most accurate sizing information. Any gown that has stretch is measured unstretched.
Bust is measured around the fullest part of the bust. A gown that has a lace up corset back is given the largest bust measurement the gown will allow with or without having to reattach and center the modesty panel. Adjustment of the laces gives a tighter fit to the bust.
Waist is measured around the natural waist, regardless of where the waist appears on the gown. A gown that has a lace up corset back is given the largest waist measurement the gown will allow with or without having to reattach and center the modesty panel. Adjustment of the laces gives a tighter fit to the waist.
Hip is measured approximately six inches below the natural waist, around the fullest part of the hip, regardless of where the bodice meets the skirt on the gown.
Length is measured in the front of the gown, from the center of the bust, regardless of where the neckline is, to the bottom hem. Silhouettes such as mermaid or ball gown may have a length measurement that appears to be longer to accommodate layers of material and flare.
